Office Area
With nearly 10,000 square feet of space, this open space is designed for natural flow from customer contact through issuing information to the shop, complete with a separate file room to reduce office clutter. Also includes server room, men's and ladies' bathrooms, lunch room, board room, reception area and more.
Fabrication Shop
The fabrication shop is nearly 17,000 square feet with over 37 foot ceiling height and features a two-layer bridge crane system: the bottom layer has two 5-ton 70 foot span bridge cranes extending from 80 feet outside to 30 feet inside the shop through powered vertical rise access doors, with the top layer split craneway running north-south inside the shop, including 15-ton and 5-ton cranes, with a 3-ton monorail running the length of the shop.
Machine Shop
At nearly 10,000 square feet, the machine shop has a 24 foot ceiling height and features two 3-ton cranes with the capability of travelling the full length of the machine shop and stockroom. A lockable parts room, storage room and foreman's office are also in this area of the facility, which is connected to the lunch room, bathrooms and shower / locker rooms.
